Download the Volunteer Questionnaire  HERE. Send completed questionnaires to ARTsmart at PO Box 22363, Santa Fe, NM 87502. You can also bring them to the ARTbarn office located at 1516 Pacheco St., Santa Fe, NM 87505.

Studio volunteers help ARTsmart instructors successfully manage classes on a semester or 12-week basis. No special skills are required beyond energy and eagerness to work with children through visual art. “I Made It” Plate Painting Sessions take place on weekday afternoons in late fall. There are typically 4-6 sessions per year, and they are located at Santa Fe elementary schools. Volunteers will assist student artists in transferring their placemat designs to ceramic plates and painting plates. Help is also needed for setup and cleanup.

ARTfeast Committee Members are volunteers who are able and willing to make a significant time commitment to ARTsmart and are interested in participating in the planning and implementation of the various ARTfeast events. The committees are:

Winter ARTfeast Step Up to the Plate Gourmet Dinner & Auction, Saturday, February 21, 2015
Summer ARTfeast Edible Art Tour Gallery Walk, Friday and Saturday, June 12-13, 2015

ARTfeast volunteer help is needed in the office during the months leading up to ARTfeast as well as during the production of three of the weekend’s’ events: Fashion Feast, Gourmet Dinner & Auction, and the Artists’ Brunch. Office jobs include: processing ticket orders and mailing tickets, preparing silent auction items, preparing goodie bags, creating table and name cards, cutting out laminated placemats, data entry, etc. Event jobs include: event setup, guest check-in, auction runner, packing artwork/auction items, guest checkout, and event cleanup. All of our ARTfeast volunteers receive free tickets to the Edible Art Tour (EAT), and event volunteers will receive a free meal at the event.
